In this study, osmotically controlled drug delivery system of Nifedipine using different polymers were formulated. Nifedipine, is an anti-hypertensive drug. It acts as a calcium channel blockers. Unlike any other conventional dosage forms in osmotic system, the mechanism involved is osmosis.
