Drug – delivery interaction studies were done for loperamide (Lp) loaded surfactant liposomes (LpLc) using FTIR ,DSC , XRD and SEM. Early researches have used Lp and liposomes for brain targeting programme but not have done any interaction studies .We have investigated presence of any drug degradative interactions with the excipient ( drug delivery – Liposomes) using FTIR , DSC , XRD and SEM analytical techniques.
