Poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline) (PEOX), a biocompatible polymer considered as pseudo polypeptide, was introduced as a potential alternative to the commonly used polymer, poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) for the preparation of solid dispersion with a poorly soluble drug.
