The present investigation is an attempt to design and evaluate rapidly dissolving oral strips of metoprolol succinate, an anti-hypertensive agent. Rapidly dissolving oral strips were prepared by solvent casting technique using hydroxyl propylmethylcellulose-5 cps and polyvinyl alcohol as the lm forming polymers.
