Objective: Present study aimed towards the development of a novel delivery system for pain management of rheumatic disorders. Materials and methods: An optimized solid dispersion (SD) of flurbiprofen was prepared using PEG 6000 at various ratios, of flurbiprofen and PEG 6000 i.e. 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 and 1:5.
