Pediatric, ibuprofen containing orodispersible tablets (ODTs) were prepared using the SeDeM expert system methodology. In order to facilitate formulation, directly compressible ibu- profen was employed (Ibuprofen DC 85TM) and character- ized using its SeDeM pro le.
