Abstract The aim of this work was to develop self-nanoemulsifying liquisolid tablets (SNELT) to enhance the dissolution profile of poorly water-soluble simvastatin. SNELT present a unique technique of incorporating self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery systems (SNEDDS) into tablets.
