Abstract The objective of this study is to design novel dissolution-enhanced microparticles loaded poorly soluble drug nanocrystals used a low viscosity of hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC) as matrix carrier. An interesting approach combined homogenization and the spray-freeze-drying technique was developed.
