The seminar is based on increasing the solubility of poorly soluble drugs in BSC class 2 and 4 and using solid
dispersion techniques. The seminar has been designed so that you obtain an introduction to increasing the solubility
of poorly soluble drugs, this will be achieved through lectures and demonstrations.
The topics that will be covered are the following: types of solid dispersion, preparation techniques,
characterization, advantages of solid dispersion and application of solid dispersion
