The Certificate demonstrates that Air Liquide Benelux Industries' Marchienne-au-Pont site in Charleroi, Belgium, manufactures pharmaceutical excipients according to the EXCiPACT Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Certification Standard. Its scope covers the production, purification, storage, loading and distribution of liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen under the name Phargalis.
